關於本計畫
本計畫為教育部國民及學前教育署委託國立臺灣師範大學心理與教育測驗研究發展中心(以下簡稱心測中心)辦理,旨在整合、推廣課室評量相關資源及人力。
計畫目標有三:
一、資源建置(含課程素材包、課程及相關影片、各領域/科目評量示例、探究實作評量專書、專家人才庫等);
二、研習辦理;
三、協作推廣。
期能有效整合研發成果及課室評量相關資源。
本計畫緣起於民國 98 年執行之十二年國民基本教育「國中基測轉型」研究計畫,自民國 100 年起研發國中學生學習成就評量標準(以下簡稱評量標準)及評量示例,民國 104 年配合十二年國教課程綱要(以下簡稱課綱)總綱啟動國小端研發業務,至民國 112 年,各領域/科目自第一至第四學習階段皆有與課綱完整對應的評量標準及課室評量示例,且皆有專業的講師人力可供增能與諮詢,提供教學現場具體且完整的課室評量操作方法。
十二年國教課綱在語文領域下分本土語文-閩南語文、客語文、原住民族語文,本計畫研發工作原即包含國小閩南語文及客語文。自 111 學年度起,國中及高中之本土語文課程納入必選修,本計畫乃啟動國中閩南語文及客語文研發工作。教育部國民及學前教育署另以「十二年國教課綱本土語文標準本位評量研究計畫」,委託心測中心研發原住民族語文國小至高中(第一到第五學習階段)評量標準與阿美語、泰雅語示例,以及閩南語文、客語文之高中評量標準與示例,以建構完整的「十二年國教課綱本土語文標準本位評量」架構,並落實於教學現場,作為本土語文課綱所需之評量配套方案。
About This Project
Development and Promotion for Competency-oriented Classroom Assessment (CoCA) is based on the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education. It has developed "assessment standards" for various subjects and fields in elementary and junior high schools based on the concept of standard reference. These assessment standards clearly indicate the expected content that students should learn and the level they should achieve.
CoCA continues SBASA and provides various online resources on its official website, including assessment tools, training course resource packages, expert talent databases, training videos, electronic books on inquiry-based practical assessment, and collaborative application tools. All of these resources can be freely used by educators and the general public. Additionally, CoCA promotes classroom assessment resources through online and in-person training programs, as well as assessments and tool design selection activities.
